"I had gotten into my first car accident, ultimately totaling my car, and I decided to bring it to Caliber Collision. Not only did the staff keep me at ease while I did the paperwork, but they also ensured that I was able to get the information I needed to work with my insurance on the damage and get a rental car while it was being assessed. Tyler from Caliber had called me the same day with updates on my car and he even showed me the damage estimates and what the insurance company had discovered. I will definitely come back to Caliber Collision if I need any assistance on future cars!"

"I have been to numerous places to have my car worked on and I always dread it. It is worse than going to the dentist. But once I pulled in to Caliber I was greeted with nicest woman at the desk who checked me in and told me to help myself to some coffee while I wait for Tyler to come out and assess my car. As I sat drinking my coffee and reading a magazine I was interrupted by the cutest human being. Tyler welcomed me with a big smile and walked me to my crunched up car. He told me everything would be okay and made sure I stayed positive. The bid came in a little under the competitive bid, but honestly even if had been a little higher I probably would have paid it because I felt safe bringing my car to Caliber. I highly recommend this place!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
