"Our car was recently hit when it was in a parking garage and the lady who hit it was kind enough to leave a note. This was where her insurance company sent us to get everything fixed. The whole process was very easy. The first interaction that my hubby had with the girl that answered the phone was very pleasant. We've had experiences before where people aren't very nice because they're technically dealing with the insurance company and we were the innocent bystanders who got the backlash. Happily we can say that did not happen this time. Everyone was very easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. "I was rear ended at a stop light, my bumper was completely destroyed along with the frame being bent and the trunk not closing anymore. This shop really took Care of me from the moment I walked in the receptionist was very helpful and sweet I couldn't thank her enough for communicating and basically holding my hand through the whole process. If you've never been in an accident before this whole process can be pretty intimidating but despite the stress this shop was very professional Bryan really made me feel comfortable and he went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough; they left my car just like new the paint was blended well, my sensors worked just like before, and my trunk finally closed."

"Our Family has been using City Body & Frame for decades. When we heard that they were Caliber Collision, at first I was concerned. I had always gotten excellent service from Don & Kim Feely. I went to the Redlands shop first as it was closer to my work got an estimate and then decided to try the 14th Street Shop. There was a price difference and I was questioning to increase. George was very patient in explaining why the increase. I would have been very unsatisfied if they would have taped off my car versus taking out the window and off the roof rack now there isnt the concern of lines and paint peeling as the vehicle ages. I had a few scratches on side doors from parking mishaps and thought in time I would have to have it repainted. I got back my car and was amazed that they were able to remove the scratches and no charge just part of the excellent work that I have know this location. Denise the front administrator was great to work with she is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
