"I took my Highlander in on a Tuesday after being hit the night before. I expressed to Hunter that I did not feel my vehicle was safe to drive as I had duct taped some of the pieces back together. Hunter said that was not a problem and helped me express this to USAA. He was able to get me into a rental that day! I appreciated the time Hunter spent going over the services he felt were necessary to return my car to the way it looked before the accident. Hunter continued to keep me updated throughout the entire time my car was in your shop. He called and emailed to let me know what steps they were on in the process. When I went to pick up my car, Hunter was on vacation, but several others stepped up to help me finalize paperwork. They went over the car with me and showed me everything that was done. I know that there are also so many others who did work behind the scenes that I would also like to thank! I was VERY satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism of your shop. They worked above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely refer them to others and (hopefully I won't need to, but) use them again!"

"These guys are awesome! I went in to get some scratches buffed out and to get my car detailed. After they looked at the scratches they said they would get them out for free! My car was beautifully detailed and the scratches were gone. Only had to pay for the detailing and everyone was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need any body work on my car and I highly recommend anyone to go to these guys."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
