"These guys were wonderful! In what can only be described as a freak accident, the mechanism that rolls your window up and down broke and broke the window with it on the driver's door. Obviously couldn't drive the car and leave it anywhere without a window. Caliber sped up the process for me so I wouldn't have to get a rental car for any longer than was necessary. They did a great job with the repair and were extremely professional. Thank you!!!!"

"Isaac Rojo was very professional and helpful, even if it was an insurance job and all I wanted to do was drop it off, get a rental, and get my car back like this all never happened, and he delivered. "My car was hit wile I was coming home from the store, and it was side swiped. I have taken it to caliber and was greeted by the kindest people. The handling manager was very professional. My car was handled during Xmas time and was done sooner then expected! I am very picky when it comes to paint and detail!! When I received my car the panels were like glass really nice! "All the people here are so genuine. I got T-boned and it turned into a very complicated situation that needed months of resolving. My car was a total loss but the staff here was able to answer all of my questions and assist me throughout the whole process. Very professional while also being sincere. Dawn at the front desk always took more of my bad news with a smile and always found a way to simplify things for me. With them, it was always about what is best for me and not for them, and that is very rare to find!"

"I will always come back to Caliber Collision for all my auto body needs because of Ryan Yatman. Someone hit my bumper in a parking lot and left huge scratches with their white paint on my black car. Luckily no dents, but other places were going to charge me $600-1000 when I took it by to fix it. Ryan told me he thought it would buff out and offered to try it it for free!! Almost all of it came out and there's only a tiny spot where the scratch went through the paint left. I couldn't believe he helped me out for free and the other shops were going to charge me. Ryan needs a raise!!"

I decided to replace a previously lost remote well over a month after the work was complete. The lock on the door that was replaced only worked sporadically. The dealership who programmed the remote suggested I go back to the auto repair shop because they would have to charge me to open the door, etc.. I drove to Caliber, expecting to have to make an appointment and return. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
