"My 2019 Hyundai Veloster was hit by a semi while parked in front of my house. The damage was extensive. I cant give the staff at Caliber Collision a high enough rating. They were diligent in keeping me apprised of the specific damage to my car and what was being done to fix it. I received almost daily text updating me about my car's condition and the estimated time that repairs would be finished. They went above and beyond the call of duty, transferring my car to the dealer to work on complex technical issues and then transferred it to another dealer when the original one was slow to make the repairs or return their calls. I was so impressed that I asked to come and pick up my car in San Ramon instead of having them tow it to my home in Berkeley--primarily because I wanted to meet the staff and thank them in person. "I recently had a driver back into the driver's side of my 2013 Toyota Corolla causing a large dent in the rear door. Anticipating a nightmare experience I brought the car into Caliber Collision in San Ramon. Much to my relief, I was greeted by an extremely professional and empathetic group of individuals. Shawni, the General Manager was very kind and understanding of what we were experiencing. Joe our Service Manager kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. He even contacted my insurance agent to get answers to questions I had concerning my policy. Bottom line is the staff of Caliber Collision made a very traumatic event tolerable. If I could give them 6 stars I certainly would."

"My 2007 Tacoma truck's roof was rusted (bad factory paint job) and I had a dent in my tailgate. I had my truck's damages estimated by a repair shop in Dublin originally as I did not know this place existed. When I finally had the money together to get it repaired I then discovered this shop which was so much more convenient for me as I live in San Ramon. I brought my truck in on a Monday and their estimate beat the Dublin estimate. I left my truck with them and was contacted three days later and advised that all of the work was done and that they were able to do it cheaper than the initial estimate I agreed to. They did a beautiful job repainting the roof and the tailgate was fixed to my satisfaction. All of the personnel at Caliber Collision were professional and friendly and, should I need repair work in the future, I would gladly go back here again. Thanx so much, especially Melissa"

"Could not be happier with the repair!! My NEW 2020 Jeep GC had a battle with a pole in a parking lot. Had used these guys before for another repair so I took it here. Dan Pleece was awesome! Got it in fast, kept me updated by text and email throughout the whole process. I don’t want to go back...... But if I ever need collision repair these guys will get it!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
