"I heard some damage on my Tesla front bumper and I was looking to find a place that could get the work done in a timely manner. I worked with Shawn and he scoped out the damage. He could have suggested to replace the bumper like I originally thought but he gave honest feedback of just repainting. He could have easily made more money but instead he provided me with the best results for my car. They repainted another spot that was not within the original scope for free along with buffing out other areas. "I had a very minor incident and Mazda dealers referred me to this center. I just walked in without any appointment, dropped off my vehicle and got it back by end of the day. Front desk lady and the lady who inspected my vehicle were very very good. Very reasonable price and they treat you well. The quality of work I can't explain in words, photos will help you judge.. highly recommended"

"Damages: My Tesla S was involved in a rear-end accident. The front bumper was punctured due to the collision with it and the impact bar sitting behind it. Appointment: I went to Caliber on recommendation from the Tesla SC who said they couldn't repair such damages. I called to make an appointment and it went smooth. Inspection: On the day of my appointment, Erika helped me out with inspecting the damages to my front bumper and explained the parts needing to be ordered from Tesla. She said there was an impact bar behind the bumper that might need to be replaced. She was saying it might take about 2 weeks which was fine. However, the parts came in much earlier so that was great. Insurance: Erika was awesome with working with my insurance provider as there was an issue where the estimate they issued was for the wrong vehicle. She was able to sort it out with them and also get the payments from them authorized. Status Updates: Erika is awesome with calling regularly and providing updates on the status of the insurance. This is top notch service and she made the whole process, start to finish, so smooth and hassle free. I love great customer service! Erika deserves a lot of kudos. Repair: After the parts came in, the repair and painting were quick. The car looked great with the brand new bumper and paint job initially. I will say this, but I'm picky too. The front bumper slightly fits better on one side than the other. Could be attributed to Tesla manufacturing quality. Also, the paint is every so slightly a darker silver hue than the original metallic silver paint on the rest of the body. However, I understand it is probably not possible to get a complete match so I'm fine. The paint looks smooth and even and the clear coat is smooth. Recommendation: Yes I will come to them for any auto body repairs in the future. Erika was awesome. She made the situation of dealing with auto body damages much more enjoyable than it normally is. Can't say that enough!"

"TLDR: Shawn reverted back, apologized and fixed the issue. A day after the meeting, Shawn reverted back, apologized for the earlier outcome and agreed to fix the glasses. He acknowledged that the whole issue was not handled correctly and wanted the opportunity to set things right. The replacement glasses were ordered and were installed once they were available. He also helped diagnose a persistent rattle in the door at my request. I am extremely impressed with Shawn's apology, his efforts to take ownership of the situation and take corrective steps to resolve the issue."

"Above and beyond customer care and service! I found out shortly after delivery of my Model 3 that there wasn't enough space in the gap between the passenger door and fender causing contact whenever opening the door. Tesla recommended Caliber Collision in Santa Clara. Paul and Erika took a look at the vehicle, explained to me the work that will be done and told me that it would take approximately 3 days. They set me up with a rental vehicle through Enterprise down the street and I left my car with them. 2 days later Erika called and said that the work was complete and I came to pick up the vehicle. Earlier than expected. Panel gap issue was fixed and the paint damage from the contact being made whenever the door was used is gone. Great work by Caliber Collision. After I get home I notice that there was small compound residue left on the passenger door. I contacted Erika to explain my concerns and she said they would like to take a look at the car with me to address them. Shawn the general manager kindly took the time to come out to my office so we could take a look at the car together and go over my concerns. He looked at the car, told me they would like to bring it back in and redo the passenger door. Should take about 2 days. I bring in my car. Shawn and Erika check me in and set me up with a rental vehicle. Later that day they give me a call letting me know that my car was ready for pickup. Surprised at how quickly it took. I come to pick up my vehicle. Not only were my concerns taken care of, Caliber Collision went ahead and detailed my Model 3. It looked like it just came out of a Tesla showroom. Better than when I initially received it from delivery. Shawn, Erika, Paul and Kelly were very accommodating and easy to work with. Couldn't recommend them enough. They make an above and beyond effort to listen, take care of their customers and make sure they are happy with the end result."
