"Took my mothers car to Caliber after her fender panel and bumper were damaged. I expressed my concern on matching old paint and new paint. They were very upfront and gave me a clear expectation. They told me they would implement a blend process to match old paint from a previous repair with no extra out of pocket expenses. They nailed it! Customer service was second to none and car looks better then when i first bought it! Thank you!"

"Walked into the front office with no appointment and was greeted by a lady who asked me if she could help and I ecpla7ned my situatiin to herd and she had asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. She quickly said no problem just a minute. Next a gentleman by the name of James Gerber came out from his office and introduced himself to me and ask if he could help me. I explained my problem with my car to him and he immediately walked outside with me, looked at my car and said to follow him with my car to his workshop.He then instructed his worker as what he wanted him to do to repair my car. His worker immediately repaired my car at no expense to me. I told the GM James Herbert) that I wanted to pay for the repair and he said, no charge, it was on him. Amazing, no appointment and no charge to a total stranger. That's what I call excellent service, first by the woman at the front desk and then by the General Manager, James Herbert. Thanks to all of you and U will recommend you to anyone in need of collision service."

"Start to finish everything went so smoothly. Very impressed with the professionalism of employees and cleanliness. I was kept informed of repair status and check in and out went very smooth and hassle free. Even though I was in jeans and carrying a bagged lunch I was treated with the same respect as the lady sitting next to me in a business suite. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
