My trunk on my Kia suddenly stopped closing, of course on a Monday morning before a busy week that was the last thing I could deal with and after trying multiple places and being frustrated after being told that nobody could help me until next week, I got a hold of Ashley at caliber collision and she was so great and got me in right away. When I got there, Johnny came to my car right away and checked everything out and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the part needed today and I had my car back by 2:00 PM!!! "They were very professional and my truck was repaired ahead of schedule. When I pick my truck up Josh (I think) noticed same staining on my door that was not part of the repair. He grabbed a kit and buffed it out for me at no charge. He did not have to do it, but did at no additional charge."

"Really love their service, the reason why i'm giving 4 stars was because I wasn't contacted nor given update after 48 hrs from the day i left my car (i was told that i'll get notified after or within 48 hrs about the status of my vehicle, instead I had to give them a call, but I got my car back a week after (they found interior damage and ordered parts), which to me is not a big deal, i'll probably get concerned if i'm someone who drives a lot but i'm not. They're professional with their positions, coworkers and customers. They're also good at offering (I was offered a free ride to get back home when i left my vehicle in the shop). I got my car back a few days ago looking so brand new. I really appreciate their service and would highly recommend."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
