"I dreaded getting an estimate to fix the front end of my Porsche Cayenne after a little fender bender that had left my front end askew. I know nothing about autobody work except that it is usually much more expensive than one would predict and I'm a sitting duck for anyone to take advantage of my ignorance. I was sure this accident would cost me thousands of dollars. Caliber Collision (formerly Cooks Collision) had been recommended to me and I stopped in without an appointment. They asked me to wait in their lounge and have a coffee while they took a close look underneath my car to determine the extent of the damage. After 30 minutes, they came in with my keys and announced that the damage had been superficial and they were able to adjust my bumper back into place, as good as new. They refused to accept any payment for their work! I couldn't believe my luck and their generosity. I'm a raving fan and wanted to share my good fortune with anyone looking for a truly honest autobody shop."

"This review is by husband Bruce. Ultimately, the team at Caliber did a great job of fixing/restoring my vintage Mercedes after a rear-end accident where I was hit at a stop light. The story is also about snatching (a huge) victory from what could have been the jaws of defeat. I'm glad that I've waited till now to post this review. Initially, and for a variety of reasons including the unfortunate passing of one of the Caliber techs, my car was not repaired properly. No blame, just circumstances. Plus a missed step (that I believe they have fixed) regarding final quality control before handing the keys back to the customer. Then I met the store's GM Richard (Richie) Wynne. He took complete ownership of my vehicle, and has gone above and beyond to get the car looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Which happened back in 1983! I cannot express how customer-focused Richie has been, and truly had the interest of fixing my car above all other interests. Great attitude, and great dedication. In addition, the front office staff led by Alexa could not have been friendlier. All in all, I ended up being super pleased with Caliber on Pine St., and am thrilled to have Richie as a new friend...regardless of how we came to meet. Highly recommended."

"I've been coming to these guys since they were Cook's Collision. Always had great service. This time was no exception. Just so you all know, all the good people from Cook's are still here! Brought my wife's car in because one of the door panels had come off. They fixed it up and put it back on the vehicle super fast and... no charge! These guys have always understood the importance of good service and have proven it to me and my family many times over. Just because the sign out front has changed, doesn't mean the people inside have. You guys ROCK!"

"Cook's Collision had operated this business at this location for many years until they were bought out recently. When I got backed into in my VW Super Beetle (Silly Silver Sally) on a parking lot in nearby Pleasant Hill I took her into this shop on Pine Street for an estimate. The person who had hit me was driving her boyfriend's card and asked me if she could handle it without reporting it to his insurance. I told her she could and the first place I took Sally for an estimate was to Caliber. When I told Alexa, the receptionist, that a young woman had backed into and did some damage to Sally's right rear quarter panel, she called on Jessica to give me an estimate. When Jessica decided to have Alexa help her try to rub it out they found that the Clear Coat had been penetrated just slightly in three places. When I compared already-existing damage on Sally of a similar nature I decided to do nothing more about it and thanked Jessica and Alexa for their attentiveness and consideration. I sent the young woman a note asking her to "pay it forward." Whilst there I was able to note how the staff treated several other customers and was very impressed by the service, the friendliness, and the humanity Jessica and Alexa displayed toward me. This was, especially in the people department, a major improvement over Cook's. Although they had always done great work they were a little lax in courtesy, manners, helpfulness, and service."

"I had an accident recently and couldn't get an appointment with anyone sooner than Dec. So my insurance company got me in touch with Caliber Collison. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a car repair shop. Will Lui came out spoke with me and really listened to my concerns and needs. He sat for at least 20 minutes giving me a very through explanation of what he had found and what couldn't be seen until it was taken apart. His explanation was easy to understand and thorough. He also recommended an alignment check and to come back when I decide what I want and need to do.I work 3 different jobs his help was so needed at this time. I am so impressed with the customer service here ( something that I find so rare now days) that I will recommend this place to any of my family and friends in need. Thanks Will!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
