"WOW!! This location of Caliber Collision rocks! Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car in for damage a couple of times, but they are certainly my "go-to" for repairs. Two weeks ago, the side view mirror was knocked off my new SUV. I brought it in and worked with Tiffany, who is incredible! She immediately inspected the damages and I had an estimate in hand right away. I decided to drop my car off two days later and let Tiffany know that I needed the car a few days later for a drive to Houston. She expected it would only take two days to repair the mirror, which was surprising because it has motion sensors. Sure enough, two days later, my car was ready! She updated me with text messages during their progress. I highly recommend Calibur on Park (near Plano Parkway) in Plano. I am sure all of their employees are great to work with, but Tiffany was definitely top notch!!"

"Great Customer Care from Start to finish and even a follow up to make sure I was still satisfied! My car is beautiful again! Darion handle the very difficult adjuster from the insurance company that was paying for my repair and did everything they promised. Ron the manager was very personable and runs a great shop. I went to Caliber Collision 15 minutes after the accident to see if my bumper could be salvaged and put back on in the interim until information went through insurance etc. Jonathan was absolutely amazing in helping me get my bumper to at least stay in place until the car can be fixed. He did not hesitate to help me and explained everything to me in detail, to which portions broke etc. It took him 15 minutes and he pulled my car to the front and explained to me exactly what he did to keep the bumper secured. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
